The Protein Universe Atlas, or UniProt3D, is a web resource to navigate the diversity of natural proteins. Protein sequence, structure and function information are displayed as an interactive and annotated sequence similarity network that highlights regions in protein sequence space that are poorly annotated. The annotations can then be explored, understood and further leveraged for novel discoveries in biology.
